Donald V. Christiano, CO
Donald has been an employee of ROL in the Rochester office since 1978. He was certified in orthotics by the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification (BOC) in 1997 and by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 2004.




Jacque Cross-Hancock, CP, FAAOP
A graduate of North Michigan University with a BS in Social Work, Jacque has been with ROL since 1983. She was originally hired in the Utica office and later transferred to our Rochester office. She is currently seeing patients in both locations. She received her certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University in 1983. Jacque was certified in prosthetics by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 1985. In 2004, Jacque became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists.

Christina M. McKay, CPO
A graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Physical Rehabilitation, Christina has been with ROL in the Rochester office since 1989. She received her certificate in prosthetics from Northwestern University in 1990 and her certificate in orthotics in 1996. Christina was certified in prosthetics by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 1992 and in orthotics in 1998.


Ronald G. McKay, CPO
A graduate of University of Waterloo with a BS in Kinesiology, Ronald has been with ROL in the Rochester office since 1996. A graduate of Toronto’s George Brown College O&P Technical program, he received his diploma in 1995. He received his certificate in orthotics from Northwestern University in 1998 and his certificate in prosthetics in 2002. Ronald was certified by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in orthotics in 2000 and in prosthetics in 2004.

Vincent C. Serianni, CO
A graduate of State University of New York Institute of Technology with a BS in General Studies, Vincent began working with ROL in the Utica office in 1986. He was a registered technician from 1995 until 1999. He received his certificate in orthotics from Northwestern University in 1997. Vincent was certified in orthotics by the American Board for Certification (ABC) in 1999.

Technical Staff:

Timothy Flanagan has been with ROL since 1989 in the Rochester office.
Ric Hollins has been with ROL since 1995 in the Utica office.
Andrew Kieffer has been with ROL since 1996 in the Rochester office and has been an ABC registered prosthetic technician since 1999.

Office Staff:

Michelle Ober has been with ROL as an office assistant in the Rochester office since 2000 and has been Patient Accounts Manager since March of 2004.
Renee Kunst has been with ROL as an office assistant in the Rochester office since 1999.
Cynthia Serianni has been with ROL as an office assistant in the Utica office since 2004.
Karen Spear has been with ROL as an office assistant in the Rochester office from 2002 to June 2005, and in June 2005 transferred to the Utica office.
